POD Point Ltd (“we”) run a network of electric vehicle charge points which we allow our members (“you”) to use.
Our network of charge points is a mixture of free to use, and pay as you go charge points. Some accessible by an RFID card, and some accessible using our PAYG website and applications.
This page details the terms and conditions which you are agreeing to by signing up to our Pay As You Go charge network.
There is no cost to join the POD Point Pay as you Go network.
When you have joined, you will have access to charge points which are pay as you go enabled, but do not have a cost associated with them.
If you wish to use charge points with a cost associated with them, you will need to Top Up.
There are a mixture of charge point types on our network to suit various vehicles.
Our network supports a number of different hardware solutions, not all of which support all features.

To use a Pay as you go charge point, you will need to use our mobile website or mobile application.
The cost of using a charge point is displayed on our mobile website and applications.
You will need to have a balance of greater than £1 on your account to start a charge cycle.
If you do not have sufficient balance on your account, you will need to top up, details of which are covered below.
When your account balance reaches zero, we will stop your charge cycle. It is therefore important that you have sufficient balance on your account to allow you to complete your charge.
Some charge points on our network are free to use. You can use these charge points via our mobile website or application. There is no cost for using these charge points.
Some charge points on our network do not support PAYG. These cannot be accessed by our mobile site or mobile pps but may sometimes be accessed using an RFID card.
In order to use a charge point which has a cost associated with it, you will need to have a balance of greater than £1 on your account. If you do not have sufficient balance on your account, you will need to top up.

We use established external credit card processing companies to process our financial transactions who are:
POD Point Ltd does not store your credit/debit card details.
Our billing works on the basis of the length of time your vehicle is plugged into a charge point.
We reserve the right to vary the price of charging at any of our charge points without notice.
The price of your charge cycle will always be based on the price model in force at the time you started your charge cycle.
You can close your account with us at any time by emailing email@example.com stating that you would like to close your account.
On receipt of your request, we will process your account closure, and, within 20 working days transfer any balance remaining on your account back onto the credit or debit card on which you last topped up.
Physical access to charge points on our network is not always controlled by us. We make reasonable endeavours to ensure that our website and application contains up to date information on when charge points are accessible, but we do not make any guarantees.
If you find a charge point for which our access data is incorrect, please inform us.
We aim to keep our charge points well maintained and functioning perfectly, however this is done on a reasonable endeavours basis, and as such we do not make any specific guarantees about the status, functionality, or any aspect of our charge network.
Where you have an issue, or become aware of an issue with a charge point on our network we would ask that you inform us, so we can consider the best course of action to resolve that issue.
We have taken care in the preparation and ongoing running of our charge point network, however we do not guarantee that information contained on this site and other locations relating to out network is correct or up to date.
Where you see any information which is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know.
In no event shall we be liable to recompense you for any loss or damage arising out of or caused by your inability to use our network or products. This includes loss which is economic (including consequential or other indirect loss or loss of profits or reputation, business interruption, loss of business information, or other loss). Your sole only remedy shall be the right forthwith to close your account with us.

All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our registered office at 145 - 157 St John St, London, EC1V 4PW and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
This website, any content contained therein, and our network are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
